Bloom Where You Are is a 60 minute beginner-friendly yoga class designed to help you slow down, soften, and bloom exactly where you are. This gentle flow encourages you to embrace the present moment and honor your body as it is right now. Whether you’re new to yoga or just looking for a more relaxed practice, this class will guide you with simple, accessible movements, paired with soulful R&B music that will help you feel grounded and open.

Throughout the class, we’ll focus on breathing deeply, releasing tension, and creating space in the body, particularly in the hips and chest. You’ll move through poses like Cobra, Lotus, and Reclining Bound Angle, each designed to open your heart, hips, and mind, allowing you to settle into the present moment. The mantra “I bloom with ease, exactly where I stand” will guide you to feel empowered and at peace in your practice.
