Step onto your mat and into your body with Ground to Grow — a soulful, 60 minute beginner-friendly yoga experience rooted in presence and rhythm. This slow flow pairs deep, grounding movement with a curated R&B soundtrack to help you settle in, breathe deep, and connect to your inner strength.
Through steady sequences and simple balancing poses like Tree and Low Lunge, you’ll find stability and stillness, allowing your practice to become a space of quiet empowerment. With smooth beats and intentional breathwork, this class holds space for both grounding and emotional release.
