A 45 minute donation based virtual slow, soulful flow to ground, soften, and set the tone for your week. Through intentional movement, breath, and R&B vibes, we’ll root into presence so we can rise with clarity and ease.

An in studio 60-minute slow flow yoga class designed to help students connect to their breath, move with intention, and soften into the weekend. Set to a curated R&B playlist, the practice invites a gentle return to the body that emphasizes rest, mindful movement, and deep embodiment.
