August was a month of reflection and renewal, and I’m excited to bring that energy into September with the launch of The Reasonable Balance website! This month, we’re sharing gentle movement, mindfulness, and reflective prompts to help you pause, reconnect, and carry balance into your week. Ease Theory: Root to Rise has moved to Monday evenings, and I’m also teaching in-person Flow With Ease classes on Saturdays — all designed to meet you where you are.
